In years past we’ve been overlooked despite overwhelming support and public opinion.
Will you help us ensure that cannabis reform has a place at the table in January by emailing your State Senator today?

Please we should not have to go out of state to get something that should have been legal to begin with medical marijuana is a must we should have had a choice to smoke medical marijuana or take opioids I bet over half would have said smoke medical marijuana I am addicted to something I don't want but had no Choice due to my medical situation and that is not right it should have been my choice so please hear us now we need medical marijuana in Kentucky.

I have Lupus and Lumbar spondylosis I am in pain constantly I would try medicinal marijuana but it is illegal until it is legal I will not try it so I would love for them to make it legal to see if it would work better then the opioids or at least give me something else to go by

I have Bipolar, PTSD and severe Anxiety disorder for over 30 years. Been on every prescription drug available with no relief. Have heard promising results from others who have tried medical marijuana and I would appreciate the opportunity to have Cannabis available to try in my state.

I have arthritis so severe in my spine that I cannot stand or walk without a walker. It also is bad in my neck, knees, and elbows. I can’t sleep for the pain my body is in. I have to sit to cook or do anything. I have been on antidepressants for a number of years. I have neuropathy in my feet, diabetes which I do control, and suffer really bad migraines - sometimes daily. I am intolerant of pain pills - they make me very sick and hurt my stomach. A friend gave me some cannabis and when I used it, I felt better than I had in years! I was no longer down in the dumps, my pain wasn’t nearly as bad, and I actually enjoyed life for a little while. This is an herb, not chemicals, a natural remedy for so many symptoms. It really is a sin to NOT legalize it!

I beat cancer in 2009 and smoked every day. Squamous cell carcinoma on my right tonsil. They said I probably wouldn't live past 10 years. 13 years later and I'm still here I've smoked weed since I was 9. I'm 65 n still here. Please help all with cancers and such caused by the gov I believe. I've been fighting man eating bacteria for 4 years now and finally almost healed. I still have my legs thanks to Kentucky Doctors and nurses of Kentucky. They agree as well to legalize or at least pass for medicinal reasons. Many reasons for people's relief. Please legalize so we don't have to be always in the shadows treated like criminals. I know officials who smoke weed. What about them and piss tests to work. This subject is so wide spread. We the people rule by votes and majority rules. No matter what Mr Ran Paul or Mitch McConnel think. They're wrong. Too many states legal. Peer pressure must win

I have chronic pain, 3 different types and extreme depression from all the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. On pain meds for a decade causing bad side effects so stopped taking. Tylenol alone just doesn't work. Medical marijuana does help a lot. I'm also on social security and would find it impossible to afford at dispensary prices so we need to be allowed at least to be able to grow 4 plants. Big business doesn't need any more profits from low income elderly.

I should not have to take addictive opiods when Cannabis relieves the pain and is not addictive. Alcohol is legal and it is very addictive, I know many who have died from alcohol addiction. Legalize medical cannabis. We need no more cannabis research, the research has been done read the medical publications about the benefits of cannabis.

It is unconstitutional to have to be a criminal to have some relief it's not a stroke of the magic wand and it cures all but it sure beats the other way big pharma wants u to go not only do I have like4 of the aliments to qualify for medical cannabis but one of them is because of Drs to start with .I see all these big tie politicians talking about are freedom this and our right there if we where truly free don't it look like we should be able to use what ever we want as long as it's not bothering someone else just their self then it should be our business!!! Stop making us a criminal just for a little relief and the whole bring it back across state lines that's interstate drug com. Correct??? Make it legal gov bashears where we can get it here most of us can't handle a car ride 15 hr trip cause most nab States on sell a 1/2 oz at a time could u image having to go all the way south side Chicago once every 3 or 4 days thays crazy KY grows some of the best pot in the world with our water and fertel fields no other state can compare to "hillbilly skunk" weed but thanks for the steps u are taking its a start now let's finish this thing

I am Thankful for The Governor passing his edict... Why did he NOT include the ability to cultivate a small number of Cannabis Plants? I cannot just Leave the State and buy pot... I am on Social Security. Most Months I have a Negative Balance at the Bank.

Cannabis has never killed anyone nor has a person OD'd from consuming cannabis; unlike alcohol and opiods. Most states that legalize cannabis see a drop in opiod deaths and consumption. So please help the people of Ky and legalize Cannabis.
