Authorized Practitioner Directory​

The Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program has released its Authorized Practitioner Directory, a searchable tool that lists healthcare practitioners approved to issue written certifications for medical cannabis in Kentucky. The directory includes practitioner details such as office locations, contact information, and specialties.

Patients can search by city, county, ZIP code, or practitioner type to find a qualifying provider. Connecting with an authorized practitioner is the first required step before a patient may apply for a medical cannabis registry identification card through the state’s Patient and Caregiver Registry Portal.
