Kentucky has reason to celebrate as Governor Beshear signed the Medical Cannabis Bill, SB 47 on Thursday, March 31, 2023. This achievement is the result of tireless efforts from advocates, patients, lawmakers, and supporters such as yourself. It is fitting that this historic moment occurred on the last day of March, allowing Kentucky to begin April as a state with legalized medical cannabis.
