Our people are in pain and dying because of pharmaceutical pills! We need this to help people and our state. It would help get people off pills and bring jobs and lots of money to our state!

Anyone who wants marijuana can get it, there is no sense in not legalizing it, regulating it, and collecting thev tax revenue. Devote that money to paying first responders and teachers the salary they deserve.

I am so tired of waiting and waiting for legalization in this state and at the federal level. Alcohol is far more a bad substance supported and used by so many, legalize now! I’m independent now but proud of the courage of our governor!!

As other states committed to cannabis (hemp) and its program Kentucky Ag and Legislators turned their backs on small Kentucky farmers that made huge investments into the industry. Closing potential markets to growers and processors in the federally legal D8 market. Putting farms and families in trying economic challenges sitting on capital investments that they can not profit on due to lack of manufacturing ability in the state due to burdensome over regulation by the KDA. Instead of supporting us they fought us every step of the way.

It’s not about getting high it is about STAYING WELL. Works very well combating inflammation by reducing and prevention. I am a 54 year old adult with RA and CKD. Taking any pharmaceutical anti-inflammatories may reduce the pain and swelling but THEY WILL destroy my already damaged kidneys then I will have go on dialysis for the rest of my living years.
